On November 13, the Kramatorsk College of Technology and Design hosted a meeting of the Pedagogical Council, which in connection with the quarantine requirements was held in the format of an online conference.
During the meeting, the teaching staff of the college analyzed the features of the process of adaptation of students of the new set to the educational process. Class teachers of these groups presented the results of the online survey, told about the features of their groups and reported on the work done to adapt students to full-time and distance learning in college.
The second important issue was the analysis of the introduction of distance learning in college. The issue was discussed in the format of a facilitation session: teachers got acquainted with the theory of adaptation to change, analyzed their own attitude and level of adaptation to the new teaching format through an interactive survey, worked in working groups and shared their positive experiences of distance work. The results of the online survey of students "Study of the state of distance learning in KramKTD" were reviewed and analyzed.
Distance learning is a great challenge for all participants in the learning process. It requires a lot of personal resources and relentless professional growth, but the teaching staff of KramKTD decided - by joint efforts we Zoomieem everything!
