This day, November 21, honors the patriotism and courage of citizens who in the fall of 2004 and autumn-winter 2014 defended the national interests of the Ukrainian state and its European choice.
On November 21, 2013, citizens of Ukraine took to Kyiv's Independence Square to protest against the refusal to sign the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. On the night of November 29-30, activists were brutally dispersed by police, which turned a peaceful Euromaidan into a Revolution of Dignity.
On November 21, 2013, Ukrainian society and our history changed forever. In order to acquaint students with the chronicle of events on Euromaidan in the library of the college created a book and information exhibition "Ukraine - a territory of dignity and freedom", as well as a screening of the film - "Ukraine. Maidan. Reboot". The story of the events of the Revolution of Dignity is told exclusively with the help of video, music (Gerdana Quartet of V. Stefanyk Precarpathian National University under the direction of Violetta Dutchak) and the live voice of the revolution. The value of the tape is, above all, that it was created by eyewitnesses - military reporter Ruslan Hanushchak, RAI TV and Radio Company (Ivano-Frankivsk).
