On September 19, a training for teachers "Effective Communication in Conflict" was organized at the Kramatorsk College of Technology and Design.
    The event was funded by the Institut fur Auslandsbeziehugen (Berlin) using resources from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the framework of the project "Overcoming the Crisis and Building Ukraine - Time to Act!", Implemented by the NGO "Regional Youth Association".
    Together with coach Irina Gnezdilova  participants analyzed models and strategies of behavior in conflict, mastered techniques of nonviolent communication and self-regulation of emotional states.
    Such skills are useful and necessary for everyone, because conscious behavior in conflict is a big step towards peace and harmony!
