On March 19, 2021, teacher Gnezdilova Iryna Mykolayivna conducted an open online lesson on the subject "Ethics of Business Communication" on the topic: "Etiquette of distance communication" . The couple took place on the platform for online conferences ZOOM. The topic is relevant enough for pedagogical interaction during distance learning.

     Understanding the basic ethical principles of distance communication and acquaintance with the basic rules, the actual distribution of time, improving the general culture of business communication became the main purpose of the lesson.

     The lecturer used a wide range of tools for distance education: online testing on the Classtime platform, Canva graphics platform, Mentimeter service, Padlet, video in the EDpuzzle service. She used a variety of methodological techniques and forms: project tasks, "Inverted class" method, text mapping, sociological analysis, "Find the mistake" exercise, infographics, which made the perception of educational material easy and interesting. Teachers and students express their gratitude for 80 minutes of real pedagogical skills. Keep it up!!!
